    Hey guys, Im also rejected. Now that I think about, my art has gotten so much better from when I submitted my portfolio. I will be reapplying for 2014! Good luck to the accepted students and to those still waiting!

I got the e-mail, the only update they've done aside from the application fee and artist statement is 1 letter of recommendation.

Also, can they still review your portfolio if your transcripts haven't been received? From my experience, colleges will. They'll kind of "hold" the decision until you get the transcripts in though. Make sure you have at least your high school transcripts in. Howevever, college transcripts won't matter unless you have credits you can transfer. Don't take my word for it though. They may put the review on hold or even skip over it entirely because the file is incomplete.   As far as grades, I read something that an instructor saying that you don't need good grades at all. He compared it to a community college, so you could probably get in...    less
