I made a website to help other people get together to collaborate, critique, compete, get noticed, learn, and all that good stuff regarding animation and art. This place has helped a lot of artists get into CalArts and other great schools like gobelines. I'm not trying to get you to leave animatedbuzz or anything because I love this community. I think our sites have a similar, but different focus anyways. This one seems more about checking up on other peoples portfolios and connecting with other applicants whereas JA3 is all about improving your animation skills (and any related arts like voice acting, writing, sound design, ect).
