I'm trying to make my arts look more "cartoony" like them, but still not good enough.

I wonder if I apply to Calarts for Spring semester next year, and i didn't have GED or US high school diploma or even i didn't finish college, I have only the high school certificate in my country, so is that ok? Or i should get GED classes now? I don't know Calarts require it or not, so anyone know it, plz help me. This school was my first choice since I've looked some information on internet. But like almost people want to get into this school, I'm really confused about the tuition fee. I've just moved to US for 2 years, thus I'm freaking poor now. I didn't get any job yet. I wonder anyone who already attended Calarts know about scholarships? How can we apply scholarships and how does it pay? And also would you guys mind tell me about student loans too? I didn't borrow student loans before so I don't know how much is maximum for loans?  Thanks u guys for helping. :D  less
